The maximum number of article pages is 15 pages. Before submitting manuscripts to OJS, authors are advised to use plagiarism checks with the Plagiarism Checker X application (checks the entire content of the manuscript, not limited to a few words). A similarity level of 20% or lower is acceptable. For articles and abstracts in English, the grammar can be checked using the Grammarly application. The writing of manuscripts can be arranged based on the following systematics:

  1. Title provides an overview of the research that has been carried out. If the title is in Indonesian, the length of the article title is limited to 5 – 14 words. If the title is in English, the length of the article title is limited to 5 – 12 words. The title is written in Times New Roman font, size 18 pt, and UPPERCASE, and is written in the Center.
  2. Name of Author/Researcher, written without an academic degree or other title and placed under the title of the research. The names of the second researchers and so on are written to the side. Under the name of the researcher, put the name of the institution/affiliation where the researcher works, and below is written the e-mail address of the researcher.
  3. Abstract and Keywords, written in Indonesian and English, include research background, research methods, and summary of results. The abstract should end with a comment about the importance of research results or a brief conclusion. Abstracts should be clear, descriptive, and brief descriptions of the problem under study. Abstract length is limited to a maximum of 200 words. The abstract is equipped with keywords (3 – 5 words). Abstracts in English are written in Italics.
  4. Introduction describes the background of the research problem, the solutions offered, and reviews of research that have been done previously by other researchers that are relevant to research conducted if necessary.
  5. Literature Review contains theories related to research in a straightforward manner sourced from various sources of scientific publications with the level of recency of the last 5 years.
  6. Research Methods contains a complete and detailed explanation of the stages carried out in the research. In addition, the research stages also need to be displayed in the form of a flow chart including forecasts, rules, models, designs, and others related to the research topic.
  7. Results and Discussion, presents a discussion of the results of research and testing carried out in a theoretical form, either qualitatively or quantitatively. This section explains the research results that are described in a clear, complete, detailed, integrated, systematic, and implemented manner. To clarify the presentation, the results are presented carefully so that they are easily accessible, for example, they can be shown in the table, curves, graphs, diagrams, figures, photos, or other forms as needed completely and clearly.
  8. Conclusions, clearly indicate the results obtained, the advantages and disadvantages, and the possibility of further development. Conclusions can be in the form of paragraphs, or the form of points using numbering.
  9. Recommendation, containing suggestions for shortcomings, experiences, difficulties, findings that have not been carried out by research, and other possibilities that can support further research (future works). Does not contain suggestions that are not related to further research.
  10. Acknowledgments (if any), the authors would like to thank the people/institutions/organizations who have provided financial support for this research.
  11. Bibliography, written using general guidelines that contain the sources referred to in the writing of the manuscript. Use Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote library managers to write citations and bibliographies. Writing quotes or citations to the manuscript using the IEEE style in place of citations [1], [2], and so on.
  12. Attachments, (if any).
